- 6" single screw extruder with ram stuffer forcing material in feed throat

- Barrels are water cooled internal tubing stainless steel
- 9-barrel heating zones (not including screen changer and head/die heating zones)
- Was producing nylon pellets from fiber at rates up to 1800pph
- Controlled by PLC by Allen Bradley
- Motor: 500 hp, US electrical motors, 460 volts, motor speed 1750/1900 rpm input
- Gearbox: Flender Corp, speed reducer 17.
